We are NOT able to offer an inbound phone service. Due to the adhoc hours of business we use email as our primary communication tool, this allows us to offer the best possible service.
Technical Issues must be logged via email , these requests are automatically captured on our management solution, this is the most efficient method. In the event that telephone contact is required we will make a call to you or schedule this for mutual convenience.
We can arrange to schedule telephone calls, conference calls or video conferencing if required for complex discussions.
